   Our garage door had a broken spring which caused the door not to open.  I goiggled several companies  and found Precision garage door had a high star customer rating. Tony Strickland  was our technician.  He arrived  on ahead of schedule, diagnosed  the issue and provided a few options. Once we agreed, he got the task done in 30 to 45mins. I like the fact he provided a small maintenance  checklist to at the end of service to maintain  the replacement springs and to quiet down the squealing here and there. Thankyou tony..

   John came out, examinered my broken garage door, and took the time to explain to me what was broken and why. Then he offered suggestions to both fix it and keep it running well in the future.
