Our garage door broke about a year ago after poor install from the builder finally came to a head. We used a local contact who “fixed” it and then it broke again a few months later. After a poor interaction with him the second time, we called Precision who came out and replaced most of the hardware for a reasonable price. About a month ago we had another small issue, they came out and addressed it under warranty, and then it broke in the same way again last week. Thankfully the door was salvageable. Sam was at our house the next day, replaced the rest of the hardware to essentially give us a new door, and they extended the warranty for us.
